This year saw the Cambridgeshire YOPEY Awards Ceremony come to St Neots. Hosted by St Neots Town Council and held at the Priory Centre, over 250 guests attended. The evening was organised by students from Longsands and Ernulf College with roles ranging from reception to presenting on stage. The event showcased the very best of young people and their commitment to aiding the community.

The 10 finalists were Lesley-Ann Parkinson, 23, of March; Ashlea Jarvis, 25 of Whittlesey; Ryler Bennett, 16 of Papworth Everard; Joshua Dodds-Mills, 16 of Soham; Sam Carvalho, 19 of Cambridge; Florence Clark, 19 of Foxton; Jade Ramm, 18 of Peterborough; Courtney Pettifor, 18 of Littleport; Jocelyne Sze, 21, Pippa Smith, 20 and Alice Robinson, 22 of Cambridge University and Alex Fogg, 19 of Hemingford Grey.
