Saturday 8th December 2012 was the Mayor of St Neots annual Civic Carol Concert. The concert was held at St Neots Parish Church and it was lovely to see so many people there, over 300 guests packed out the church.
Visiting civics included Chairman of Huntingdonshire District Council, Chairman of Cambridgeshire County Council, Chairman of East Northamptonshire District Council, Mayors of Godmanchester, Fenland, Huntingdon, Leighton Linslade, Peterborough, Rushden, Sandy, St Ives and Whittlesey.
Members of the audience enjoy singing along to the carols.
The choir of St Marys C of E and Bushmead Primary School who performed three carols for the audience. They were brilliant!

The Eaton Singers with Reginald Searle who wrote one of the two carols that they performed on the night. We also had performances from the St Neots Folk Group and the Church Choir but unfortunately I was unable to get a photo.
Everyone was invited back to the church rooms for drinks and nibbles with the Mayor. A lovely end to a fantastic evening. Our thanks go to our performers, the St Neots Air Cadets for their help with the collection for charity, Anglia Co-op for their kind donations to the reception and Rev'd Paul Andrews and his church members for hosting such a great evening.
