Mayor to host Massed Choir Charity Concert at the Priory Centre


MEP, Richard Howitt meets Town Mayor and Life After Debt

On Friday 12th September Town Mayor, Cllr Andrew Hansard met with Labour Member of the European Parliament for the East of England, Richard Howitt.  Mr Howitt was visiting a local charity Life After Debt who are based at our Volunteer Centre in St Neots.  The charity helps those who are struggling with debt.

Pico Techology receive Queens Award

Cllr Hansard recently had the pleasure of meeting with Alan Tong, MD of Pico Technology, recent recipients of the prestigious Queens Award for Enterprise: International Trade 2014.  This is the UK's highest accolade for business success.  The award recognises their long history of designing PC Oscilloscopes, PC Data Loggers and Automotive Diagnostic tools at their base in Eaton Socon.

WWI Commemoration Service at St Mary's Church Eaton Socon

On Sunday 3rd August Town Mayor, Cllr Andrew Hansard and Deputy Mayor, Cllr Ian Gardener attended a WWI Commemoration Service at St Mary's Church Eaton Socon.  Cllr Hansard said "it was a lovely service and lovey day which was very well attended.  Royal British Legion Eaton Socon Branch did themselves proud".
